Planning For Seniors, LLC services the whole state of California and is located in the Sacramento Valley. Our main office is in Yuba City with satellite offices in Sacramento and Roseville. So, the big question is how to connect with us if you are not close? Do not let that deter you from making a connection with us. The first contact is usually by phone and Kellie will gather information needed to assess your situation, let you know if we can help and give you a general idea of fees. Don’t hesitate to call because you think we are too far away!

Of course we always prefer the first meeting to be face to face but if that is not possible we can meet via Skype, Zoom or Facetime. We can also do conference calls if there are family members throughout the state or country. After that, we use e-mail, fax and snail mail to continue the process of obtaining the Medi-Cal benefit for your loved one.

We are a fee based business and at this time we use a sliding scale based on cash assets and complexity of the case. There is also an annual fee that covers the Medi-Cal renewal and access to Debbie and the Planning For Seniors staff for the year. We are advocates for your loved one for their lifetime, giving you peace of mind as you take on the challenges of the aging process. (240)
